Youth To The People

Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

4 out of 5 stars.

Sensitivity

Light

I have dry sensitive skin and this was refreshing, I could feel it cleaning my skin. It left my skin smooth but dry and itchy.

Youth To The People

Superberry Dream Cleansing Balm

5 out of 5 stars.

Sensitivity

Fair

I have super sensitive and fair skin, and I’m often dried out by the end of the day. I use this to help gently remove my face of makeup and LOVE this product. It’s a bit dense but just massaging it with your fingers in circles on your face helps it melt everything away. Super gentle, hydrating, and one of my favorite YTTP procure I’ve purchased. Would recommend!

Youth To The People

Superberry Dream Cleansing Balm

5 out of 5 stars.

Sensitivity

Light

I have what may actually be the world’s most sensitive skin. Dry, maturing (gah), rosacea. Almost every fragrance, ingredient, etc causes my skin to dry out, flake, get hives on my chin, or (the worst) brings up the rosacea bumps on my cheeks. But this? This is a sweet baby angel sent from heaven to make my skin look brighter and more hydrated. A lot of reviews on here compare this to the Farmacy Balm (which has been my go-to for years.) I personally like that this is a little more substantial in feel. And while both clean really well- I think makes my skin look better vs just cleaning without setting it off. For context, I’m 40, with mild rosacea and dry, sensitive, reaction-prone skin. I don’t wear much make up beyond a (very) little eye makeup, highlighter and lipstick.

Fine Lines and Wrinkles

Fair

I honestly never thought I needed a cleansing balm but I really wanted to make sure all my make up is coming off. I’ve been using this as a first cleanse and I absolutely love it! After I use it my skin feels so smooth and so soft I honestly think it could be used by itself. This is definitely some thing I will be re-purchasing. They’re Superberry line is my personal favorite, I find it works well with my dry skin. If you’re looking for a cleansing balm I would highly recommend this one I also wanna mention that I have really sensitive skin and I don’t notice any sort of reaction from using the product

Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

3 out of 5 stars.

Breakouts/Acne

Fair

I tried the mini size and decided to really go for it and bought the value size when it was still available. I have had consistent acne for over 3 years now, so when I saw reviews saying this face wash helped, I was so ready to try it. Sadly, I have seen zero difference in my acne and more clogged Enlarged Pores than I used to have before switching to this cleanser. One redeeming quality is I have very dry skin and it doesn't seem to cause any dryness or irritation. I think this cleanser would be great for people who already have nice skin, but definitely not an acne fix.

Breakouts/Acne

Fair

Smells great, is refreshing, and the mini size lasts for a super long time... bUT. I really haven’t noticed any difference in my skin after almost finishing my bottle. If you read the info on the product it doesn’t say it’s targeted at acne and for me it didn’t do anything for

Superberry Dream Cleansing Balm

Excessive Dryness

Fair

This is going to be a sort of comparison to the Farmacy balm because I used to use that and loved it. Due to the pandemic I’m not really wearing makeup until we can forgo the masks so I can’t speak to the use for makeup removal either. However, this balm is very thick and dense. It’s harder to spread/melt than Farmacy and it really irritates my eyes so I couldn’t use it for eye makeup removal. Overall it’s not a bad product. It adds a lot of moisture to my skin but it can be difficult to wash off fully. It leaves a strange residue on my skin. Like if you put on chapstick then rinsed. Not sure if I care for that but it’s helped recover my skin after camping in cold, dry weather. Not a bad product but not 100% sure I’ll replace it when it’s gone. Because it’s so dense I feel you get way more for your money with this product than the Farmacy one.

Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

3 out of 5 stars.

Dullness

Light

This product removes dirt and it’s just ok. I really disliked the way it stripped my skin so bad, my skin looked dull. I will Not be buying this product again.

Youth To The People

Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

2 out of 5 stars.

Dullness

Light

Too stripping! Face felt super dry and dull after a few weeks of trying this product. If you have dry skin stay away.

Youth To The People

Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

2 out of 5 stars.

Excessive Dryness

Deep

You can immediately feel how drying this is on your skin. An absolute "no" for those with dry or sensitive skin. I would not recommend this product despite all the hype.
