I was actually quite impressed by this cleaning balm. Out of all the cleansing balms I've tried this is the only one that doesn't leave a film while also leaving no make-up on my skin afterwards. I really like how the texture melts so nicely as soon as you begin to rub it into dry skin and it does remove my eye makeup too. I also like the subtle fruity scent it has but mix that with a clay-like scent and that's this scent for you. Still, this out performs all my other cleaning balms and even some cleansing oils. Plus this stuff is going to last me forever!!!

I was hesitant to try this cleansing balm as I've used some in the past and have absolutely hated them. The thought of rubbing something thick and then oily around on my face just grossed me out. Enter YTTP. I finally convinced myself to try this one and I'm mad at myself I waited so long! The initial texture is thick, however I think that it is great because it's easy to warm up between your fingers before applying to your face. The flash-melting formula works beautifully and I give it a 5/5 for removing my makeup and face oil buildup from throughout the day. After rinsing my face feels amazingly soft and hydrated. I follow it up with the Adaptogen mist and I'm ready for dream land.

If you have sensitive skin I highly recommend getting this ! Someone recommended it to me for my acne scarring, I'm not sure that it did anything for me, but it did not break me out which a lot of cleansers do.

It is very gentle, but it offers a really deep cleanse into the Enlarged Pores. I struggle with blemishes, dark spots & acne and it has really improved my skin. Already after two weeks of using the product I noticed a huge difference!

LOVE their other cleanser so I wanted to try this one too but it’s not for me. It “melted” fine but it left my skin feeling like an oil slick and I had to double cleanse with the Normal one just to get it off. It says just keep rubbing with water and it should turn into a milk but this never happened. Just oil. I’m convinced it made me breakout as well

Mixed feelings about this. I had bought this strictly as a first steps in my cleansing routine. I have never used a cleansing balm or oil but was guided to this while in the store. While this takes my makeup off totally, it is hard to get out of the container and crumbles. Doesn’t “milk” very well on my skin, and my skin is so extremely tight and dry after using. Will definitely try something else next time.

Not great for dry skin, it’s too stripping. Your skin will be begging for hydration. Maybe this is ok for the summer when ur face is oily but the tatcha cleanser is so much better

So many mixed feelings with this one! The scent is absolutely amazing, once you melt it in your hands the texture when massaging your skin is amazing and it removes all makeup without much of an effort. If you just grab a chunk it will crumble, key is to “shave” it. My biggest problem with this one is if it gets in my eyes they will BURN, not cloudy but actually I’m blind my eyes tearing like crazy.

This cleaner really broke me out to the point of where I looked like I had freckles all over. I stop using ing it and with in a month I notice my face clearing up. I have Combination skin. Product does smell good and I do like like glass bottle it comes in but beware

This cleanser is not suitable for acne and blemish prone skin. After using the entire bottle I have noticed zero difference in my skin. If you have acne I would recommend trying any other cleanser.
