Youth To The People
Superberry Dream Cleansing Balm

All in all a good product- youth to the people is a very reliable brand. Got rid of makeup effectively and was gentle on my skin. The reason I gave this four stars is that it stung my eyes which is a bummer since most of my makeup is on my eye area. It could be that I just have sensitive eyes as many things stung my eyes.

Bought this cleanser after Hyram on youtube raved about it (seriously recommend his channel for your skin woes and Dr. Dray and James Welsh), and I had determined that he and I had similar skin types which is non acneic, reactive, Combination-oily. I only bought the small 2oz one to try, and whoooooo boy I kinda wish I bought the bigger size, although I hear there are issues with the pump leaking. There was a noticeable difference in the redness/dullness of my skin after one use! It's also helped to clear up any pimples and post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation that came up from my skin reacting to The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%. It isn't stripping, even for someone who has combo-oily skin Normally but is drier during the canadian winters. I don't wanna use any other cleanser but this from now on.Highly recommend.

Does a great job at removing all makeup without drying out or burning sensitive skin! Has not caused any breakouts either; leaves skin glowy and smooth. Using it does take a bit more effort than just grabbing a makeup wipe/cotton round, but the results make it worth it

Got the mini version of this wash last year and never looked back!!! My skin was getting dull with other cleansers and this product saved me! I hope they never change the formula, it feels so fresh and silky and leaves my face feeling clean and not overly dry. A little definitely goes a long way with this cleanser.

Great alternative gentle cleanser. I always switch it up with this, Dr Dennis, and anti aging Peter Roth. My favorite 3 cleansers.

I am a very loyal youth to the people person. I recommended every other product they have. Literally obsessed with this brand but I don’t love this and would never purchase again. I takes forever to use and get off your face and leaves your hands and face with a very oily texture. If you wear like a ton of make up this might be helpful but to someone who just uses a tinted serum and mascara and eyeshadow it seemed like more of a mess than the actually make up it’s removing.

I bought this cleanser after hearing Hyram on YouTube recommend it. It's a good cleanser, don't get me wrong. I definitely "works" and removes makeup, dirt, sunscreen, and doesn't feel super drying. However, it just didn't "wow" me. It worked and was fine, but for the price, it wasn't worth it for me. I have used other cleansers in the past that I continue to repurchase and this isn't it. I suppose I prefer a more gel consistency, such as a the Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser by Krave Beauty. I also love the LHA cleanser from Skin Ceuticals more than this product.

I got this to remove my makeup and cleanse my skin at the end of the day. I am a fan of one step oil or balm remover and cleansers. My biggest issue is it slightly stings my eyes. It is very mild discomfort and does not linger after, but this makes it not the most pleasant to use. I expect it to not irritate my eyes since it is meant to be used on my face..especially at this price. It does remove my makeup without feeling like its harsh on my skin, (which I like) but it also leaves a slightly oily esidue .. I tend to use a bit of toner after to remove any makeup or oily feeling that did not rinse with water. People who double cleanse may like that this product removes makeup and cleanses without stripping the skin of moisture?Overall not the worst product, but I am not planning on purchasing again.

I had super high hopes for this balm, but after using it nightly for over 2 weeks, I have thoughts. I will first mention that have been using cleansing balms as a first cleanse for about 4 years, so I have experience with a LOT of different ones and have some favorites. Because I’ve been using balms and have an established skincare routine, I did not see nor expect to see any drastic changes due to starting the YTTP balm.Pros: I love the ingredients in this balm; lots of nourishing oils and no unnecessary yuckies. It washes off clean and doesn’t leave a film. It removes makeup well. Cons: the formulation is a bit dry. It’s almost crumbly? But it does soften up to more of an oil balm when rubbed between the palms, although it just doesn’t soften up as much as I personally prefer and takes a bit of work to rub into the skin fully. The other big negative with this balm is that it stings my eyes. I’ve never had a balm do that and am not sure what ingredient is causing it. But it’s unfortunate, because I tend to like to let my cleansing balm sit on my skin for a moment after rubbing it in so that it can really do the good work and dissolve all that gunk in my Enlarged Pores, and I can’t do that if I can’t open my eyes. This balm gets three stars for ingredient quality and cleansing ability, but it doesn’t knock any of my favorites out of their spots, and while I will use what I have, I don’t see myself repurchasing this.

I had this for several months and loved it, but it all of a sudden went bad. I found little clumps in balm that wouldn’t emulsify no matter how hard I tried, and it slowly stopped being soft and balmy and became hard as a rock in the jar. I really loved how hydrating this was, but I never even got through half of the jar before it went bad or something. Really saddening.

I hate that i gave this product a 3 because the product itself is 5 for me. Great consistency its not to thin or too thick, non drying, really cleans skin and takes away make up with out striping AT ALL. My skin feels so soft, clean and moisturized afterwards and it works well with my clarisonic. i also love to do a little mask and leave it on for 15-20 mins if my skin is feeling extra dull. AND THE SIZE for the price is AMAZING! However, the pump disperses product THROUGH Out the day. Ill come home and my counter
